Frequently asked questions
Credit repair is the process of identifying and disputing inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the legal right to challenge any information that is not being reported accurately.
Most clients see changes within the first 30 days. To see drastic changes, on average it takes three to six months. During that time we are helping you build your profile, educating you, and pursuing legal action when needed. By the time the process is over, you are fundable and ready to leverage your credit.
Both plans include unlimited dispute rounds and legal coverage. Platinum adds a dedicated account manager, faster escalation, certified mail, phone disputes alongside written, secondary agency coverage, and priority support.
Once a bankruptcy is dismissed or discharged, it is eligible to dispute. All accounts attached to that bankruptcy must be reporting 100% accurately. If not, we can dispute those. Repossessions are challenged with a multistep process that includes public records verification, LexisNexis, and PACER verification.
Charge-offs are one of the most common items we dispute. If the balance, status, dates, or any reporting detail is inaccurate, we challenge it. Charge-offs are bundled into our Negative Bundle and disputed through the full CRA track.
Late payments on open, active accounts are disputed individually to isolate the investigation. If the late payment data is 100% accurate but still hurting your score, we send Goodwill letters directly to the creditor requesting removal.
Collections follow a separate FDCPA track. We send Refuse to Pay and Cease and Desist letters directly to collectors, monitor for violations, and escalate to an attorney when violations are confirmed.
Both plans include a refund policy. Details are provided during onboarding.
When agencies violate the FCRA or FDCPA, we escalate your case to a consumer law attorney who pursues statutory and punitive damages on your behalf.
